If you've ever wanted to learn the fundamentals of landscape drawing/painting/composition I highly recommend Jack Hamm's book "Drawing Scenery: Landscapes and Seascapes". Its full of thumbnail drawings illustrating a variety of techniques such as dividing space, leading the eye, drawing rocks and mountains, drawings clouds and skies, drawing water, cross-sectioning, using shapes and mass, and much more. You can find it at book stores or read it online here:  books.google.ca/books?id=h0-8a…

May 12, 2016- For intermediate to advanced tips, There's another great book for you: "Composition of Outdoor Painting" by Edgar Payne
